Velji Ratna Sorathia Infra Private Limited (VRSIPL) traces its origins to 1978 in Gujarat. Under the entrepreneurial leadership of Mr. Meghji Sorathia — who took the helm in 1982 — the company grew from a regional civil contractor into a nationally recognized EPC infrastructure organization.
Over 48+ years, we have successfully delivered 500+ projects — spanning 14 diversified verticals across roads, water supply, railways, bridges, dams, sewerage, metro, buildings, electrical engineering, industrial EPC, sports infrastructure, hydraulic structures, and irrigation. This deliberate diversification eliminates dependency on any single sector, ensuring stable growth regardless of government budget cycles in any one domain.

In 1978, with iron will, a small team of trusted labourers, and an absolute refusal to compromise on quality, Shri Velji Ratna Sorathia laid the first foundation stone of what would become VRSIPL. There were no big machines, no bank loans — just a man who believed that honest construction work was a form of service to the nation.
Through the decades, when most contractors cut corners to win bids, he chose the harder path — personally walking every site, checking every mix, and staying back when others went home. His reputation grew not through advertising, but through structures that stood exactly as promised: on time, on spec, and built to last generations.
Today, his family and the entire VRSIPL team carry his torch — holding every project to the standard he set, across 12+ states, 500+ projects, and ₹2,000 Cr+ in delivered infrastructure. His name lives on in every road, bridge, and pipeline we build.
